Thing in a Pot is Open for Essential Productions

Dear friends,

In addition to its other dire effects, the coronavirus has all but eliminated face-to-face interaction and left our world feeling more disconnected than ever. Here at Thing in a Pot Productions, our mission has always been to help you communicate and connect with your community. We stand by that mission. Media production has been deemed essential by our home state of Indiana. If you have a message related to, or stemming from, the coronavirus, we are here for you. We will extend our usual nonprofit discount to businesses for these essential productions. We are prepared to take all possible precautions during any production, including social distancing, no physical contact and sterilization of equipment between each use.

Non-essential film shoots remain on hold until at least late May. However, if you have a production request, we encourage you to contact us so that we can begin the planning process and be prepared to film as soon as it is safe to do so.

Please also know that, even for DIY, home-based productions, we are here for you. Should you have questions, or run into difficulty, trying to create a video yourself, please contact us. We are happy to help.

We’re in this together, and by staying connected we will emerge from this crisis stronger than ever.

Sincerely,

Katie Rutter
Video Producer
