Brewing Beer at a Benedictine Monastery

Meet Sr. Betty Blonde and Sr. Mary Kolsch… two of the craft beers at St. Benedict’s Brews. The brewery is at the monastery of the Sisters of St. Benedict in Ferdinand, Indiana and has their full blessing. The lighthearted tap is building a community around great brews, and sharing the little-known connection between religious life and beer.
