Empowering Students to Greatness
UPDATE: Cathedral High School raised $709,007 during their virtual fundraiser!! Over $196K of that was raised for their emergency COVID relief fund, which we helped promote in a video that premiered during the event. Grace Trahan-Rodecap, marketing director at the high school, told us, "I have no doubt the Fund-A-Need video played a huge role in our success. A friend of mine texted me after the video and said, 'Oh my gosh! That video was amazing! I can't stop crying.'"
Even a pandemic can’t stop a Catholic high school in Indianapolis from equipping students for success. The students, faculty and staff of Cathedral High School have had to adjust to the “new normal,” but they are passing the test with flying colors and thriving despite the upheaval around them. Even in these tough times, the school continues to empower their students to greatness.
Cathedral High School usually holds their annual fundraising auction in-person, but COVID forced the event to go virtual. They asked us to help them capture the pride that these students have in their school and remind their supporters that even a pandemic can’t stop the mission. We planned, conducted the interviews, and captured the b-roll for this video and their other feature, the Fund-A-Need video, on two consecutive days. The Cathedral staff was thrilled with the outcome, “I have no doubt your videos will have a huge impact on our auction!!” wrote Grace Trahan-Rodecap, the director of marketing for the school.
