Why Colors are Important in Video
Colors matter. A lot. Different colors immediately evoke different feelings, moods, and memories that will change how the viewer responds to your video. One study claims that color influences 90% of decisions about a product or company.
#ProTip: To craft emotions and reactions, colors matter.
Take a look at Jenna’s video. She choose blue as her background because she wanted her audience to feel calm and confident about her abilities. One of our upcoming videos will have a very similar setup with an orange background because the client wanted to energize and inspire his audience.
So when you are planning a video, take a step back to think about the emotion or mood that you want your audience to feel. Then find a color to match it.
